Shock because...
Today we speak of a topic very current that in a manner or other concerns everyone: the covid. The covid entered in circulation, but we saw this same as a simple fact, that could never get in us. We thought that in a pair of weeks forgot this news. But in March twenty-twenty we had to change our mind, at this moment our lives changed. Believed was the question of days, that became weeks, months to move on…
Lost the confidence in everyone and everything, trust someone seemed to hang our life to a thread because we knew that the smallest mistake canned in danger our life and that of our relatives. We don’t smile anymore because our smile can’t be sawed by anyone, we don’t try to hide our sadness from anyone because now we feel the same, we have gone from seeing our classmates, to see some dots that speak on the screen, in instead of write on the blackboard, we have gone to write on the jam board. Now the life is monotonous, is not the same anymore, every day looks exactly the same, we lost the want to do anything as if doing something hadn’t any sense anymore.
The dissemination of the covid has shocked everyone, especially teenagers. We stayed in our houses, without school, without hugs, without glances, and without laugh... we’ve been alone in a room with all our fears and hopes. “It’ll be okay”, was the slogan that comforts us, but within us, we were wondering if really was that. I miss it when we woke up early to go to school, choose clothes, the joy of seeing, even after a day, friends... We miss going out to eat with our parents. We miss going out with friends. We miss traveling. We miss freedom. Every day we hope to return to normal. Every day we feel the infections increasing or lowering. Every day we feel red, orange and yellow region... We are fed up. We want to get out! But we can’t. We all miss the same life, the one where we used to date our classmates at night, the one where homework in the classroom suggested the answers to each other, and I think, as boring as that life seemed to us, we’d all like it to come back. Unfortunately, it happened, our lives have been turned upside down, we can’t go back and change the past, we have to go forward and think about the future, we have to have the will to continue in blood, only in this way we will be able to continue.
Let us think of the time when we will
announce the end of this pandemic, the time when we could go out again without
fear of anything, the time when we could meet live. Think about when we ask our
parents for the mask and they will say: "It is no longer necessary, go and
have fun". There is no point in having remorse about the past, we cannot
regret lived moments, we think of something else, our desire to move forward.
